Call for Interest: Join our company delegation to Hannover Messe & German IT hubs | 20–22 April 2026

The German Federal Ministry for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation is inviting Ghanaian and Kenyan IT companies to express interest in a business delegation to Hannover Messe and the Ruhr Valley and/or Baden-Württemberg focused on IT-enabled services (20-22 April 2026).

Why participate?

The delegation will connect participating companies with German companies and associations to better understand German market demand for IT services/talent and to identify partnership and client opportunities.

Hannover Messe is a premier global industrial trade fair, providing a strategic platform for corporations to showcase cutting-edge technologies, forge international partnerships, and drive business growth. The fair attracts senior decision-makers, investors, and technology leaders from around the world. For companies, it offers opportunities to strengthen brand presence, explore market expansion, and engage directly with key stakeholders shaping the future of global industry.

Provisional schedule

Day 1 / 20 April: Arrival and meetings with IT companies in Frankfurt
Day 2 / 21 April: Visit of Hannover Messe, incl. Meet & Greet with German companies and associations
Day 3 / 22 April: Meetings with IT companies and associations in the Ruhr Valley or Baden-Württemberg

Cost

Participating companies are required to cover their own travel costs including accommodation, flight. visa fee and health insurance. Recommendations for suitable accommodation will be made. Per diems are not covered.
