German SMEs meet the Indian IT industry at the Embassy of India

On 7 June 2022 from 11 am to 2 pm, German and Indian companies will meet at the Embassy of India in Berlin to network and discuss the Indo-German partnership in digital transformation. Take part and register here!

The Indo-German Digital Dialogue collaborates with the Embassy of India in Germany, the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW e.V.) and the Indian National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) in the organisation of the event. After a long restriction to digital formats, German and Indian companies will have a unique opportunity to come together in the auditorium of the Indian Embassy.

The event will be held in English. It will be opened by the Embassy of India and NASSCOM, followed by a panel discussion with experts from German and Indian companies and keynotes by high-ranking German politicians from the digitalisation sector. After the programme, all participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and network further over tea and coffee.

Exchange platform for companies

The Indo-German Digital Dialogue between the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) and the Indian Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) serves not only as a governmental exchange but also as a platform for stakeholders from both sides. The Digital Dialogue thus strengthens the economic relations of German and Indian companies and regularly organises networking events, such as this event at the Embassy of India.

German companies are known for their hardware, high-tech manufacturing and precision design techniques, while India is celebrated for its software capabilities. In order to bring cutting-edge products and solutions to the global market, the partnership and combination of German engineering skills with Indian software experience is of great advantage.
