The Secretariat for the Mexican-German Digital Dialogue will be present at the 5th edition of Industrial Transformation Mexico (ITM), a leading fair for industrial technology, Industrie 4.0 and the digital transformation in Mexico.

In the framework of the Mexican-German Digital Dialogue, there will be a panel discussion on "Integration of digital tools for strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs". The aim is to hear different approaches for the incorporation of digital tools into production processes of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), as well as perspectives on how this can enhance their competitiveness and sustainability.

Andreas Jahn, Member of the Federal Executive Committee of the German Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW), and Raúl Isaac Hernández Peña, Vice President of Innovation and Technology at CONCANACO SERVYTUR, will participate in the panel.

The participants will exchange views on good practices and regulatory frameworks in Mexico and Germany that facilitate the adoption of digital tools and their integration into the value chains of MSMEs. They will also speak about the role of digital transformation for the sustainability of MSMEs, as well as tools for identifying the “digital maturity” of MSMEs.
